As we all know that GTbank shortcode of *737# service is used for performing some basic transactions from your account like paying of bills, fund transfer from one account to another, checking balance or account number and lots more.


So GTbank now introduce a new way to secure your transactions. This means that you are required to generate and enter a 4-digit PIN before you can complete any transaction using the *737# short code service.

How To Create The GTbank 4-Digit PIN


  • It is easy and simple. Just go to your phonebook or dialpad and dial *737*5# on the mobile phone number that is linked to your GTbank account.
  • Then enter the last 6-digit of your ATM debit card.
  • After that, create your 4-digit pin.


So whenever, you want to perform any transaction from your account, this 4-digit PIN will be ask from you and do not forget the PIN or share it to your friends.
